Originated in Extremadura, the Southwestern part of Spain, our Iberian pigs are fed with only acorn and herbs. Our ham is hand-crafted traditionally by our Ham Master, carries deep acorn taste and aroma with long lasting of nutty flavors. The taste is complex, deep and balanced, with a very long aftertaste.

EL Regalao practices the art of curing the infamous "Peta Negra", the Black-Footed Pigs, in a traditional way in the Dehesa Extremeña that endorse their quality for more than 50 years.

We grow our own Iberian Pigs.


Our factory meets the requirements for manufacturing Iberian products as established by the European Union.


The Calicer certificate ensures the trace-ability of our products.
